We are a data science firm and an investment banking group at GT Securities, Inc. Our focus is on helping companies and funds make better capital and M&A decisions.

Much of the work we do today has traditionally been handled with intuition and limited information. We improve on these by pairing them with robust quantitative reasoning methods, including unconventional data sets, to evaluate transactions more systematically.

On a typical mandate, we work with a small group of stakeholders on a specific situation, such as an acquisition, a growth financing, a recapitalization, or a complex vehicle. We build a tailored analytical framework around that situation, test alternative structures, and then pursue the strategy that best fits the chosen design.

We have a background in AI research and development, including work under a NASA IP grant. That technical focus shapes how we think and how we work.
