We have participated in numerous middle‑market transactions for corporations, investors, and SPVs across aerospace and defense, natural resources, TMT, manufacturing, and biotechnology. In aerospace and defense, our work has included acquisitions for low‑Earth‑orbit satellite businesses and corporate transactions involving defense and space platforms. We have also focused on growth‑through‑acquisition strategies, including for financial and other service-based businesses. In media and entertainment, our mandates have centered on acquisitions of content‑related assets.

Across energy, infrastructure, and industrials, recent engagements have included growth and pre-IPO financings for renewable energy and data center platforms with associated real estate; platform and follow-on capital structures for funds focused on natural resources; and transactions in industrial and manufacturing contexts. In biotechnology and life sciences, our experience has focused on post‑clinical‑stage drug companies considering alternatives such as growth equity, structured credit, and risk‑sharing arrangements after key trial milestones.
